We do not collect payment information through this website. Payment is handled in person at the time of service.

- Schedule and confirm appointments
- Share relevant treatment information and recommendations based on what you tell us
- Maintain a record of client communications for our own scheduling and follow-up
To do this, we use a small number of third-party service providers: an email delivery service (Resend) to send email responses, a messaging service (Twilio) to send text messages, an AI service (Anthropic) to help draft personalized first-contact messages based on the details you provide, and a spreadsheet tool (Google Sheets) to log and organize inquiries internally. These providers process your information only to help us deliver the service described above — we do not sell your information to anyone, for any purpose.
Text Message (SMS) Communication
By checking the consent box on our contact form, you agree to receive text messages from Elevated Skin Studio related to your inquiry, including appointment scheduling and treatment recommendations.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any ongoing appointments. You can opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. Reply HELP for assistance. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any service from us.
Cookies and Third-Party Embeds
Our booking page uses an embedded Calendly widget to let you schedule appointments directly. Calendly may set its own cookies and collect information according to its own privacy policy, which is separate from this one. We do not use analytics or advertising tracking cookies on this website ourselves.
Data Retention
We retain contact form submissions and related communication records for as long as reasonably necessary to provide our services, maintain business records, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
